Inspired by a number of papers in my field that were exquisitely written, I had an idea to start a book list of purely non-economics related themes in order to strengthen my writing abilities. This effort is supported by wanting to write in a way that does not gatekeep knowledge on such a relevant topic in public life as well as making the writing more exciting. Reading offers a welcome escape to the day to day doldrums we often feel faced with and I share my 2022 Book List below, as well as my thoughts in the accompanying PDF.
